Introduction
M-HFK20U transmits high-definition video signals over long distances through optical fiber, supports KVM or
RS232 function, and can operate remote devices using keyboard and mouse or RS232.
This product transmits HD high-definition audio and video signals with resolution of 3840*2160@60Hz over
20KM without compression through 10 Gigabit optical fiber, it supports KVM signal or RS232(optional), independent
audio transmission, and supports local loop output, which reduces costs for users while ensuring signal stability.
This model has a built-in learning EDID function, which greatly improves the compatibility of the device.
This equipment has long transmission distance, low cost of use, easy installation, good compatibility, and is a
stable and efficient transmission method. It is widely used in audio and video transmission of high-definition
conference systems, high-definition film and television shooting, high-definition teaching systems, high-definition
digital advertising, etc.

Installation Process
1. Connect the HD signal source to the HD input port of the TX
2. Connect the HD OUT of the RX to the display device
3. Use an optical fiber cable to connect the optical fiber port of TX and RX
4. Connect the TX and RX to the power supply. When the indicator light P/S is always
on, light F flashes quickly, it is working.
Troubleshooting
1. The red light (P) is not bright or the brightness is low, Check whether the power
adapter is normal
2. The green light (S) is not on, Check if the signal source has started or output; The
green light stays on indicates regular work
3. The green light (F) is not on, check if the fiber optic module is plugged in properly
and if the fiber optic cables are working properly; (F)Flashing light indicates
regular work
4. If there is no image on the display, check if the display has selected the correct
channel input. If the image is abnormal, refer to the EDID function application
EDID Button pressing method: If all the indicator lights of the transmitter
and receiver are normal after being connected, but the monitor has no image,
changes color, or is not full of the screen, connect the HD interface of the
monitor to the HD OUTPUT interface of the TX, power on, and press and
hold EDID button, the OUT indicator light flashes. After continuous flashing
for 5 seconds, the learning is completed, and reconnect the TX.
