M-COVCVB
Introduction
The Component Video/composite Video Balun (MB-COVCVB) allows one component video (YPbPr or RGB) signal
and one composite video signal to be transmitted via one Category 5e/6 twisted pair cable for more
cost-efficient cabling.
Used in pairs , the Component Video/Analog Audio Balun supports 480i/p,720p and 1080i/p video formats for
commercial and residential hi-definition (HDTV) video applications and so on.
Features
Supports 480i/p, 720p, 1080i/p
Supports 480i/p up to 1,000 ft (305m) via Cat5E/6
Supports 720p/1080i/p up to 500 ft (152m) via Cat5E/6
Composite Video up to 2,200 feet (670m) via Cat5e/6
Cost-efficient cabling
Quicker moves, adds and changes

Installation Process
1. Plug the RCA connectors of the transmit Balun into the Video outputs of the source component you wish to transmit.
2. Plug the Video andAudio connectors from the receive Balun into your desired input component.
3. Insert the CAT5 cable into both ends of the Baluns. You may use standard EIA 568A/B termination.
